Congratulations! You are now a Witsie and part of the Wits family. Wits University cordially invites you to attend Welcome Day, at which first-year students will be addressed by the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Professor Zeblon Vilakazi FRS, and others. All first-year students are invited to attend the Welcome Day, along with their parents/guardians. Limited seating is available (max. 2 guests per student). Faculties will be available to answer any questions you may have. There will be food stalls where refreshments can be purchased. Please arrive early to avoid traffic congestion at the gates and secure parking. You are welcome to use e-hailing services to be dropped off.
